Situational Myopia...

it always happens for a reason, but we never know until a long time later.
never forget how it felt, if the cut is deep enough
but not forgetting means we remember how we get out of it
and who to thank... GOD...

end of the yr, New Year's eve... so fast...
not much time to reminisce about the past year,
must gear up for the next...
it was a beautiful time... end of the year...
the cooling rain... the most beautiful time of the year is almost over...
beauty never lasts...

why do people make mistakes?
always the bystanders who can see clearly...
always looks silly when you're not the one making the mistake
always painful when u're the one making it
like a man looking at another man from outside the window...
so easy to see the way out from outside
so hard to try walking out from inside
the pain of seeing the solution but not being able to help...
the agony of suffering for another's mistake...

some mistakes we never understand
some lessons we never will learn
is it pride? is it folly? is it the devil? who's to say...
the playful star has made the choice... he has chosen to fall...
doomed for death right from the start...
curiosity does kill the cat... more than just the cat..
the people lost their star... they know not where to go...
who will be next...
to sing the song of the fallen star...
